APRIL PLANNER SPREADS

Month At A Glance & Habit Trackers

This mini calendar is a basic grid layout that I put together using my micron in size 08, and each date is a basic 3X3 dot square. At the bottom of the page, I added some city-building stickers that I designed on Procreate.

On the right page, I drew out two basic grid habit trackers— one of them is for tracking workouts and the other is for any sort of meditation-like-practice (actual meditation, a moment of deep breathing, silent time, etc).

Below the habit trackers, I had a perfectly sized space to add a quote, so I jotted down this one from Oprah that says: “feel the power that comes from focusing on what excites you.”

Spring To-Do & Mood Tracker

This next spread has a lot packed into one space. I began by sticking in some large rectangles in the same colour as the colours seen on the previous page to keep everything looking cohesive. Next to those stickers, I drew out a very basic mood tracker in the form of 30 long rectangle blocks that I can fill in with different colours/patterns to document my mood each day in April. I haven’t made a mood tracker in a while so I think this will be a fun way to switch things up this month.

On the pink rectangle is where I decided to write out my list of “spring to-do activities” such as swapping out my winter wardrobe for the warmer weather, enjoying a coffee outside, buying a bouquet of flowers, taking a hike, and adding a new plant baby to my family.

Quote Page

I really wanted to use my new wax seal stamp kit that I showcased myself using in a recent vlog. On the fabric paper, I wrote out a quote from Brene Brown that says, “staying vulnerable is a risk we have to take if we want to experience connection.” Anyone who saw my video last week where I talked about “books that changed my life” heard me talk about how much I enjoy Brene Brown’s words.

Plant Watering Tracker

I’ve talked about my plant family quite a bit here on YouTube and over on my Instagram page, and I figured it was about time to create a plant watering schedule/tracker because all of my plants have slightly different watering needs.

Each plant’s setup was pretty simple: I wrote out the name of the plant, some basic points to remember about how much water/sunlight it needs, and created a chart to write down each time I water them.

Since I had a plant shop sticker on this page, I figured adding some buildings from the month at a glance would work nicely here and, next to those buildings, I wrote out a quote from Wayne W. Dyer that says: “The only difference between a flower and a weed is judgment.”

Weekly Spread

I’m a sucker for a good vertical weekly layout, but this time around I created a horizontal one. I typically opt for a pretty simple weekly spread, but to add some pop to these two pages, I added pink rectangle stickers so all of my spreads this month have a sticker element tying them all together…they really feel like one unit.

Each day’s planner section is a large rectangle— I added in a checklist on the left margin, but I wanted to keep the area pretty blank so that I can customize it a bit each day to fit my needs.
